SPCC Plan, Additional Contingency Plan and Emergency Coordinator
Mesa Oil, Inc. currently has a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan in accordance with Federal EPA regulations. We have added an additional Contingency Plan, which deals with Fire Emergencies and additional responsibilities for our designated Emergency Coordinator.
