Used Oily Water Recycling
*Used oily water recycling consists of collecting water that has been contaminated with used oil, and processing the used oil out of the water.
*The used oil contaminated water is collected from 55 gallong drums, to various sizes of underground or above ground tanks.
*A customer that generates used oil contaminated water regularly, can be setup on a scheduled pickup.
*All of the used oil contaminated water is tested on site, prior to collection, for chlorinated halogens. The test is performed to make sure that all the oil collected is not considered hazardous.
*The collected used oil contaminated water is unloaded into guard tanks at one of our two processing facilities. The plant operator then runs various lab tests to determine halogen content and quality.
*The used oil contaminated water goes through a series of processes to break the oil water emulsion, and seperate the oil from the water.
*The seperated water is treated and hauled to a water treatment facility.
